How do I sign a Subscription Licence?
After having read one of three informational tabs, you have made up your mind about which of the subscription license (i.e., License A, B, C or D,. ..) is suitable for you; click on one of the three buttons below the instructions, and it will take you to the license page, which you can read and fill in the information.
What happens after I signed a Subscription Licence?
Once you sign up for the subscription License that is suitable for you, please make sure you forward that email to us at sales@vxpictures.com and give us 24 to 48 hours to respond. We will respond by either asking for additional documentation, or we will straightforward send you a payment link.
What happens after I paid a Subscription Licence?
Once you have paid the sum, our production editorial manager will contact you to arrange the delivery of our images to your servers.
We will offer two options:
- Direct delivery of our images to your servers (via outgoing FTP), or,
- We will create a dedicated account on our servers for you, through which you will access and be notified whenever there’s a new gallery of newsworthy/editorial pictures in our collection of “Russian War in Ukraine.”
In any case, if you don’t hear from us within 24/48 hours following a payment execution, please get in touch with our production department via production@vxpictures.com

Every production assistant that works with us embodies strong leadership skills and welcomes the opportunity to take on a range of job responsibilities. If you’re looking for production assistants that aren’t only experienced but passionate about news, film and TV production, then you won’t be disappointed.
Production assistants will assist with the permits, insurance, licenses, contracts and any other paperwork necessary for filming. They will deal with the local ministries and customs officials and just make sure everything is organised and ready for shooting to commence.
Our production assistants who are traditionally known as (fixers) will make sure they will have the entire research and fact/source finding work is arranged.
They are your eyes and ears as well as the driving force to make sure everything is arranged accordingly ahead of your arrival in the designated country.
Using our production assistants means you will have a picture of what’s happening in the now in the country you’re planning to land to produce a story or shoot a documentary or feature film. Our production assistants are thoroughly trained and can assist you in sourcing local production crew, extras, local medics, drivers, caterers, runners, translators and they can source any kit that the crew need from huge equipment to walkie talkies.
They are experienced in managing the budget, providing extensive ground knowledge of the area and location as well as providing precise and thorough feedback to the journalist, lead producer or director.
We offer a complete Fixing and Production Support Service across our Europe Caucasus and Western Balkans network of 23 countries and cities. Our on the ground production assistants (fixers/linguists) are there to relieve you of all the day to day paperwork and logistics in order for the shoot to run smoothly.
They are there to make the shoot happen, from the initial research stage which can involve brainstorming ideas, assisting with casting protagonists of your story, submitting photographs for any proposals, doing research recces on location, scheduling and generally scouting for anything and anyone.

Dear visitor, thanks for visiting our price list page. Prices aligned in the following tabs indicate the calculated worth of our work, expenses, and insurance for our work. They’re a range of starting prices per photo for print and online use. Currency may indicate the regions we intend to sell our work.
We are available to work on assignments and shifts:
- within the United Kingdom at a starting rate of £350 per day.
- Within the European continent at a starting rate of £500 per day.
- Anywhere outside the European Continent at a starting rate of £750 per day.
- If and when there’s a need to cover armed conflicts, subject to availability and calculated risks at a starting rate of £1200 per day.
You must pay 60% of the calculated length of the assignment in advance and 100% of the expenses (including life and health insurance) and overheads in advance.
Print:
- Front Page: £500/ per photo.
- Feature £350/ per photo.
- The use of 1 photo for the story depends on the size from £180/per photo for up to 3 photos. If purchased 4th up to 6th the price will change to £150 per photo.
Online:
- Feature: £200 / per photo.
- News Story: £80 / per photo. If purchased more than 3, 4th up to 6th, the price will change to £60 per photo.
Print:
- Front Page: €650/ per photo.
- Feature €500/ per photo.
- The use of 1 photo for the story depends on the size from €270/per photo for up to 3 photos. After the 3rd photo, up to the 6th, the price will change to €240 per photo.
Online:
- Feature: €330 / per photo.
- News Story: €180 / per photo. After the 3rd photo, 4th up to 6th, the price will change to €140 per photo.
Print:
- Front Page: $750/ per photo.
- Feature $550/ per photo.
- The use of 1 photo for the story regardless of the size is $300/per photo for up to 3 photos. After the 3rd photo, up to the 6th, the price will change to $250 per photo.
Online:
- Feature: $350 / per photo.
- News Story: $180 / per photo. After the 3rd photo, 4th up to 6th, the price will change to $150 per photo.
